• OSHPD project experience required, OSHPD 1 preferred.
• Strong cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate management of multiple projects.
• Develop and communicate Master Project Schedule and budgets.
• Oversee QA/QC, safety protocols, and field operations.
• Foster owner/architect/subcontractor/vendor relations.
• Ensure timely pay applications and budget adherence.
