Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an OSHA Associate in Nashville, TN to advise clients on workplace safety compliance under OSHA regulations and related labor matters. The role includes supporting and guiding clients, coordinating with outside counsel, and managing EH&S projects.

The candidate should have a J.D., 3+ years of employment litigation experience with OSHA exposure, and strong communication and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant State Bar and eligible to practice in Nashville.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on workplace safety compliance and OSHA regulations.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues and risk.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination per OSHA regs.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
