Job summary

RTX is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Leader to support proposal activities for the LTAMDS/GhostEye portfolio. The OSC Lead is a strong leader with demonstrated project management skills and will interface with internal management and suppliers.

This onsite role will be located at Andover or Tewksbury, MA, offering opportunities to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate with cross functional teams, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Program Management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, PRISM, or Kinaxis.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier proposal support for the LTAMDS/GhostEye portfolio.
• Develop and communicate strategies aligned with business and supply chain goals.
• Support planning, execution and reporting of material and labor budgets.
• Serve as a key contributor in a Cross Business Team environment.
• Support leadership reviews, including Gate reviews and Operations Reviews.
• Execute make/buy/where processes.
