Job summary

RTX is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSC) Leader to support the MRAD portfolio. The role requires driving forecasting, OTD, and proposal activities across multiple MRAD program areas, with the ability to influence senior leadership and strategic partners without direct authority.

The role is onsite at one of several locations (Andover MA, Tucson AZ, McKinney TX, or Huntsville AL) and demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 7–10 years of relevant work.
• Experience with Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRAD OSC material forecasting and improve forecast accuracy across MRAD program areas.
• Oversee On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and ensure active program engagement.
• Lead OSC proposal activities for new MRAD proposals.
• Manage the proposal development process from start to finish with timely, high-quality submissions.
• Serve as the central point of contact for MRAD Growth & Strategy initiatives and align cross-functional activities.
• Influence decisions at multiple levels without direct reporting authority.
• Lead strategic CORE initiatives to improve OSC efficiency and consistency.
