Job summary

RTX Corporation seeks an Operations & Supply Chain Management Leader for the MRAD portfolio. The onsite role may be based in Andover, MA, or other U.S. locations, requiring candidate to influence outcomes across multiple levels and drive cross‑functional initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, forecasting, and strategic execution within OSC, including managing proposals and improving efficiency across MRAD operations.

Qualifications

• University Degree or advanced degree with significant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.
• Experience with MRAD, OSC, or similar program management is a plus.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRAD OSC material forecasting and improve forecast accuracy across MRAD program areas.
• Drive On-Time Delivery performance and active program engagement.
• Lead OSC proposal activities and manage the proposal development process end‑to‑end.
• Coordinate Growth & Strategy initiatives and align priorities across functions.
• Influence decisions at multiple levels and build alignment without direct authority.
• Drive CORE initiatives and implement process improvements across MRAD OSC.
