Job summary

RTX is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Management Leader to support the MRAD portfolio. The role requires delivering OSC performance through forecasting, on-time delivery, and cross-functional engagement without direct reporting authority.

Based onsite at Andover, MA; Tucson, AZ; McKinney, TX; or Huntsville, AL, you will lead strategic initiatives, manage proposals, and influence senior leadership to align priorities and improve OSC effectiveness across the MRAD organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 7–10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRAD OSC material forecasting and align forecast across MRAD program areas.
• Oversee On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance across the MRAD portfolio.
• Lead OSC proposal activities for new MRAD proposals.
• Plan, organize, and manage the proposal development process end-to-end.
• Serve as the central contact for MRAD Growth & Strategy initiatives.
• Influence decisions across levels, including senior leadership, without direct authority.
