Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or IT-related field with 4 years of progressive experience in systems software programming.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow incidents and requests with customers to triage and resolve Identity Management issues.
• Maintain and manage full lifecycle of directory objects.
• Provide tactical recommendations to ensure 24x7 environments are stable and available.
