Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking an OS&D Representative to join our team in Delaware County, PA. This role performs quality control inspections on freight shipments, fields calls about delivery discrepancies, and works with customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Able to interface with Pyle personnel and customers.
• Dock/warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Field calls from drivers about delivery discrepancies.
• Contact customers and other terminals to resolve OS&D problems.
• Assist in projects as needed by terminal management.
• Scan and type OS&D related bills.
• Inspect and tag OS&D freight on the dock.
• Provide backup to appointments and bring backs.
