A. Duie Pyle is seeking an OS&D (Over, Short & Damage) Representative to join our team in Westampton, NJ.

The role focuses on quality control inspections of freight shipments, fielding delivery discrepancy calls, and contacting customers to resolve problems. The position offers regular Fridays pay, standard business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM), and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills; ability to demonstrate a customer first mentality.
• Previous dock/warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Ability to interface effectively with Pyle personnel and customers.

Aufgaben

• Field calls from Drivers regarding delivery discrepancies and OS&D issues.
• Contact customers and other terminals to resolve OS&D problems.
• Assist in terminal projects as needed by management.
• Scan and type OS&D related bills.
• Inspect and tag OS&D freight on the dock.
• Provide backup coverage for appointments and bring backs.

OS&D qualifications:
