A. Duie Pyle, Inc is seeking an OS&D (Over, Short & Damage) Representative to join our team. This role focuses on performing quality control inspections on freight shipments, fielding delivery discrepancy calls, and contacting customers to resolve problems.

The position emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to interface effectively with Pyle personnel and customers. Prior dock/warehouse operations experience is preferred, and versatility in handling OS&D tasks on

• Previous dock and/or warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to demonstrate a customer first mentality.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Field calls from Drivers regarding delivery discrepancies.
• Contact customers and other terminals to resolve OS&D problems.
• Assist in projects as needed by terminal management.
• Scan and type OS&D related bills.
• Assist in inspecting and tagging OS&D freight on the dock.
• Provide backup to appointments and bring backs.
