Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc is seeking an OS&D (Over, Short & Damage) Representative to join our team in Westampton, NJ. The role focuses on performing quality control inspections on freight shipments, fielding calls about delivery discrepancies, and contacting customers to resolve OS&D problems.

The position supports a team that emphasizes customer service and meticulous freight handling. Ideal candidates will interface effectively with Pyle personnel and customers, with prior dock or warehouse

• Experience in dock or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Field calls from Drivers regarding delivery discrepancies.
• Contact customers and other terminals to resolve OS&D problems.
• Assist in projects as needed by terminal management.
• Scanning and typing OS&D related bills.
• Inspecting and tagging OS&D freight on the dock.
• Provide backup to appointments and bring backs.
