A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking an OS&D (Over, Short & Damage) Representative to join our team in Chester, PA. The role focuses on performing quality control inspections on freight shipments, fielding delivery discrepancy calls, and contacting customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in dock or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
• Ability to interface effectively with Pyle personnel and customers.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Fielding calls from Drivers regarding delivery discrepancies.
• Contacting customers and other terminals to resolve OS&D problems.
• Assisting in projects as needed by terminal management.
• Scanning and typing OS&D related bills; assisting in inspecting and tagging OS&D freight on the dock.
• Providing backup to appointments and bring backs.
