Job summary

Avera McKennan is seeking an Orthotics Program Leader to oversee operations, clinical performance, and business growth for orthotics services. You will coordinate inventory, supervise staff, and ensure quality care for ambulatory patients.

The role requires CO/CP/CDME/C.Ped./COF certification upon hire, with 4–6 years in Orthotics/Prosthetics and strong leadership abilities. PTO from day 1 and retirement match are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Orthotist or Prosthetist certification required upon hire.
• Experience with orthotics program development and compliance.
• Experience in billing and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and operations of Avera Orthotics.
• Coordinates inventory management and supplies.
• Evaluates and treats patients for orthotic options.
• Provides leadership for process improvement and staff guidance.
• Maintains knowledge of accreditation standards and surveys.
