Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with IDFPR licensure.
• BLS certification within 30 days - AHA.

Responsibilities

• Creates and modifies orthotics and treatment plans.
• Evaluates patients of all ages and documents care.
• Educates patients and families, and collaborates with staff and students.
• Ensures safe patient transfers and uses body mechanics to prevent injuries.
• Performs examinations and determines PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Completes documentation per CTSCP67 and uses EMR for daily notes.
• Collaborates with providers to update progress and treatment recommendations.
