Job summary

Smith+Nephew in Spokane, WA is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Orthopaedics team. You will work with the sales group, schedule operative cases, secure instrument and implant inventory, observe procedures, and consult surgeons and hospital staff on Smith+Nephew products.

Travel 2–4 overnights per month; you will build relationships, learn technical details, and strive to meet quotas. Base salary around $65,000 with commissions; comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Prefers a minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory.
• Observe procedures and consult the surgical team on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Learn technical information related to orthopaedic surgery and procedures.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and KOLs to enhance access.
• Develop a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quota.
• Travel within territory with 2–4 overnights per month; some national travel.
