Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Orthopedics unit on the weekend shift. This full-time role provides 36 hours per week, with Day Shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

You will use the nursing process to deliver patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold Mercy’s mission and standards. Mercy offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Missouri RN license or compact license required.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to orthopedic patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain Mercy Service Standards and mission alignment.
