Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Regional Manager, Sales for the Western Carolinas. You will lead sales strategies, manage a regional team, and drive surgeon relationships while expanding the portfolio of orthopaedic products.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years in sales/leadership, and ability to travel 30–50%. This position is part of DePuy Synthes within Johnson & Johnson and will report to the regional leadership team.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
• MBA is preferred for leadership roles.
• 8+ years of relevant business and/or leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience, coaching, or mentoring others.
