Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required in Business, Marketing, Finance; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of business/leadership experience plus at least 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product knowledge, clinical and procedure excellence, and new product introduction experience.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse regional sales team and ensure territories are filled with qualified professionals.
• Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development for the sales team.
• Lead territory acquisition of new accounts and surgeon relationships while supporting consultants with new technologies.
• Understand market dynamics, customer segmentation, and buying processes to guide strategy.
• Manage sales portfolio, growth, profitability, and regional budget; handle expenses with fiscal discipline.
