Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient registration and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage, pre-certifications, referrals, and authorizations.
• Collect patient liability and provide financial guidance to maximize reimbursement.
• Enter payments and charges and perform daily reconciliations; balance cash drawer.
• Schedule visits and procedures, confirm patient appointments, and prepare patients for visits.
• Communicate effectively with patients, care teams, management, and central services to optimize patient flow.
• Assist with patient records requests in accordance with policy and laws.
