NXGN Management LLC is seeking an Orthopedics Clinical Lead with deep hands-on experience in outpatient orthopedics and musculoskeletal care delivery to guide product development and implementation of healthcare IT solutions.

The role partners with product, design, and sales teams, ensuring workflows are clinically appropriate and aligned with patient safety, regulatory expectations, and real-world clinical practice.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of direct clinical or care-ops experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Experience with ambulatory orthopedic or rehab EHR systems.
• Licensure in musculoskeletal/rehab field required.

Responsabilidades

• Guide product development and implementation for orthopedic workflows.
• Align clinical requirements with regulatory standards and patient safety.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales for client onboarding and discovery.
• Lead clinical discussions with surgeons, therapists, and administrators.
• Travel to customer sites up to 25%.
