Job summary

NextGen Healthcare India seeks an Orthopedics Clinical Lead with hands-on outpatient musculoskeletal experience to guide product development, implementation, and sales. You’ll ensure workflows across orthopedics, physical therapy, and occupational therapy are clinically appropriate and compliant with safety standards.

You’ll engage surgeons, therapists, and administrators through site visits, workshops, and virtual sessions, translating regulatory and operational needs into actionable product

Qualifications

• Clinical degree and active licensure in a musculoskeletal or rehab field.
• Experience advising product/design/tech teams in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Guide product development, implementation, and sales in orthopedics.
• Represent workflows across orthopedics, PT, OT settings.
• Engage clinicians via site visits, workshops, and virtual sessions.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into actionable guidance.
• Lead musculoskeletal-focused discussions with stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support field discovery.
