Qualifications

• 8–10 years direct clinical/operational ophthalmology experience.
• Experience with ophthalmic regulatory requirements and subspecialty workflows.
• Ability to translate clinical insights into product requirements.

Responsabilités

• Represent real-world ophthalmic workflows to product and engineering teams.
• Lead discovery, validation, and prioritization activities with clinicians.
• Engage with ophthalmologists, optometrists, technicians, and administrators.
• Guide product positioning during client onboarding and deployments.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%).
