You will partner with product, design, and sales to map real-world clinical needs to IT solutions. Responsibilities include engaging orthopedic surgeons, therapists, and practice admins, leading specialty discussions, and translating complex clinical requirements into actionable design inputs.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree and active or prior licensure in a relevant healthcare field.
• Experience with musculoskeletal or sports medicine workflows and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Represent orthopedic care workflows in product discovery, validation, and prioritization.
• Engage clinicians and therapists across settings through site visits, workshops, and virtual sessions.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into actionable product guidance for teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to reflect real-world musculoskeletal workflows.
• Support client onboarding, product positioning, and clinical alignment during commercial cycles.
