Jupiter Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager for Orthopedics to lead the nursing team on the day shift. You will coordinate patient flow, assign staff, and apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license and a BSN is preferred; current BLS/ACLS; strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for success in a fast-paced surgical unit.

Competenze

• Current Florida RN license required.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Knowledge of hospital information systems and patient care applications.

Mansioni

• Assigns patient assignments to RNs, CNAs, Nurse Externs and other staff.
• Coordinates shift patient flow and staff to unit needs.
• Participates in hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Leads quality improvement efforts and applies evidence-based nursing practices.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
