Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County is recruiting an Assistant Clinical Manager to oversee patient care operations for the shift, applying nursing process and evidence‑based practices to optimize outcomes.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS training, and strong leadership. You will coordinate staff, participate in hiring and evaluations, and collaborate with other health professionals to deliver high‑quality care.

Competenze

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• NIHSS training can be obtained through various organizations and learning systems that offer courses from the American Heart Association.
• Knowledge of nursing process, case coordination, and healthcare delivery systems.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems and patient care applications.
• Ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing, concisely.

• Assigns patient assignments to RNs, CNAs, Nurse Externs, and other team members.
• Manages patient flow and shift coverage using Relationship Based Care principles.
• Leads hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes for unit staff.
• Ensures quality outcomes and compliance with Florida Nursing Practice Act and policies.
• Acts as a liaison across disciplines to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Models leadership techniques and guides staff through change and complex situations.
