Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; multi-specialty experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of clinic nurse supervisors and staff.
• Establish operational expectations, workflows, and performance standards.
• Ensure adherence to Nurse Practice Act, CMS requirements, and organizational policies.
• Monitor productivity, staffing efficiency, patient access, and workflow.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue integrity, and cost control.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance reviews.
