Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE accredited nursing program with Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National APRN certification and WV licensure eligibility for APRN.
• CNOR and BLS with potential ALS training per department.
• PA route requires ARC-PA graduate, NCCPA certification, WV licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive orthopedic patient care in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Perform rounds, pre-procedure evaluations, and integrated assessments.
• Coordinate care with orthopedic faculty and clinical teams per guidelines.
• Order tests, communicate results, and coordinate discharge planning.
• Educate residents and medical/nursing students; engage in quality outcomes.
