Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive sales in the assigned territory by executing a strategic plan and building strong customer relationships. You will cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and educate customers on P28 products, while tracking sales activity and achieving quotas.

Requirements include strong sales and communication skills, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent.
Prior orthopedic sales experience preferred; ability to learn orthopedic concepts quickly.
Strong sales and communication skills with a proactive work ethic.
Residence within the geographical territory; valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

Attain direct sales goals and objectives through a sales plan in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain customer relationships; cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency.
Educate customers on P28 products and prepare reports of business transactions.
Plan and execute local educational and sales events; travel as required to trade shows and meetings.
Solicit orders from present and prospective customers and adhere to policies.
