The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in orthopedic or 8+ years in medical device sales, with travel up to 95% by car and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years’ proven experience in orthopedic sales, or a minimum of 8 years’ proven sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Willing and capable of carrying weights up to 50 pounds, independently.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales goals and objectives through a sales plan in the assigned area.
• Drive sales growth through in-person interactions with current and prospective customers.
• Mentor/lead other less experienced sales team members when needed.
• Build relationships with key surgeons and coordinate local educational/sales events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs, provide after-hours and weekend case coverage.
