Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a High-Performing Sales Professional in the Baltimore area to drive growth through relationship building with surgeons and strategic execution of local plans. You will cover orthopedic procedures with clinical accuracy, manage events, and educate referrals on Zimmer products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of orthopedic sales experience or 6 years in medical device sales, with a proven track record in quota attainment and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years proven orthopedic sales, or 6 years proven medical device sales.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local sales plan for the assigned area.
• Build relationships with key surgeons and educate referrals on Zimmer products.
• Plan and run local educational and sales events with internal resources.
• Manage customer sales activity, track progress, and report to sales leader.
• Ensure compliant interactions with Health Care Professionals and adhere to policies.
