Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support certification within one month of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Enter medical equipment appointments and perform splinting and casting under supervision.
• Educate patients on medical appliances and ensure proper cast care.
• Document care in electronic medical records and manage clinical supplies.
• Prepare exam rooms, monitor physician schedules, and maintain cleanliness.
• Train and evaluate orthopedic staff to maximize productivity and policy adherence.
