Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs splinting, casting and application of traction under supervision.
• Apply, adjust and educate patients on medical appliances and equipment.
• Remove casts with care and document care in EMR.
• Order and maintain clinical supplies and assist with scheduling.
• Assist with training of other orthopedic technicians and coordinate clinic schedules.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
