Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10 years of experience in a large multispecialty environment with knowledge of clinical service operations.
• No specific certification/professional license is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Designs, coordinates, and implements plans with leadership to provide quality medical services.
• Manages same-day urgent and scheduled routine patient care processes.
• Provides administrative leadership across call center, registration, quality, records, and related domains.
• Tracks operating statistics and generates management reports.
• Coordinates patient care services with multiple departments and external organizations.
• Implements technology tools in consultation with FPP and WUSM to meet patient/provider needs.
• Implements tactical and strategic planning processes for service changes and volume shifts.
• Prioritizes customer service principles for internal and external audiences.
• Oversees staff organization to meet resource needs and evaluates service standards.
• Directs a quality improvement program addressing risk, patient/provider satisfaction, and outcomes.
