Qualifications

• Associate degree or healthcare administration certification preferred.
• 0-2 years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments for consultations, tests, procedures, and follow-ups with proper time/resource allocation.
• Notifies patients of confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules with instructions.
• Enters patient information and updates into the EMR or scheduling system accurately.
