Qualifications

• RN with 1+ year of bedside nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date is required.
• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Licensure as RN in Illinois (IDFPR).

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care per unit scope of service.
• Document care accurately for the care team.
• Complete initial assessment and develop plan of care.
• Implement plan and nursing interventions; ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients on wound care, mobility, self-care, and medications.
• Coordinate with physicians and surgeons on patient care.
