Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs unit-specific nursing duties and follows scope of service.
• Implements procedures and theories for the area of practice.
• Maintains accurate documentation for the healthcare team.
• Completes initial patient assessments and plans care accordingly.
• Implements and updates plan of care with safety in mind.
• Communicates with team and educates patients on wound care and mobility.
