Illinois Bone and Joint Institute LLC is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support clinicians and front desk tasks in a busy orthopedic rehab setting in Arlington Heights. You will assist with exercises, set up equipment, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinic.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care, and HIPAA compliance, with opportunities for learning the rehab process from post-surgery to enhanced mobility.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are expected.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Assist clinicians with exercise programs and set up equipment.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized supplies.
• Handle front desk duties: check-ins, scheduling, and co-pays when needed.
• Support rehab staff and management with daily tasks and HIPAA compliance.
• Observe patients through rehab phases from basic exercises to advanced activities.
• Perform inventory and basic clerical duties as assigned.
