Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC, is seeking a Rehab Technician at our Glenview Rehab Services location. This role supports clinicians, aids in delivering patient care, and helps maintain a smooth clinic workflow.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week), with opening and closing shifts. Candidates should be at least 16, have a HS diploma, and be prepared to assist with patient care and clerical duties under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Must be a student or have received a High School Diploma.
• Available for Part-Time Schedule (20 hours per week).
• Available to work opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to therapy patients, therapists, physician staff, and clients in a fast paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Daily clinic maintenance: cleaning treatment tables and equipment, changing linen, stocking supplies.
• Keep exercise equipment in an orderly fashion and out of the way of patients to maintain safe conditions in the clinic.
• Assist clinicians with carrying out exercise programs for patients including setup on equipment and modalities.
• Print home exercise program for patients under the direction of the clinician.
• Inventory of both clinical and non-clinical materials.
