Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Technician for our Westmont location to support clinicians and deliver high-quality orthopedic care.

You will assist therapists, maintain clinical areas, and help with front-desk tasks while upholding HIPAA and patient service standards. Ideal candidates are high school graduates or students, available for 25 hours weekly, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Available to work 25 hours per week.
• Must be a current student or have graduated from high school.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to therapy patients, therapists, physician staff, and clients in a fast paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Daily clinic maintenance including cleaning tables, changing linen, stocking supplies.
• Keep exercise equipment organized and accessible to maintain safety in the clinic.
• Assist therapists with exercise programs and setup on equipment and modalities.
• Coordinate with front desk for check-ins, scheduling, and co-pays as needed.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and data.
