Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Westerly, RI is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member to support patient care operations. This role assists with appointment scheduling, check-in/out, and preparing treatment areas.

Ideal candidates have strong computer skills, knowledge of HIPAA, and at least one year of orthopedic-related work. Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• At least one year of orthopedic related work.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Support PT and OT clinical staff in patient care as indicated.
• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for treatments.
• Clean, organize and maintain equipment for patient care.
• Maintain the facility's physical environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
