Excelsia PA PLLC is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our patient-centered team in Norristown, PA. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and provide care across outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate has strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills, an APTA-accredited program background, and current state licensure. A collaborative, organized, and compassionate approach is essential to support patients through their recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Minimum an Associates degree and eligible for State Board examination.
• Must pass licensing exam to practice beyond temporary license.
• Maintain all requirements of State licensure.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients ONLY under the direction of a Physical Therapist as defined by State law.
• Administer PT procedures and tasks as delegated by Supervising PT.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, massage, and use devices/agents as prescribed.
• Make minor modifications to treatment plans within the plan of care and document progress.
• Assist with evaluations and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
