Elite Spine and Sports Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient-focused clinical team. You will deliver prescribed PTA interventions under a licensed PT, support rehabilitation goals, and help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current or eligible for a Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care under supervision.
• Interest in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, or related areas encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, function, and quality of life.
• Educate patients on exercises, treatment techniques, home programs, and strategies to promote long-term success.
• Monitor patients’ responses and communicate changes and progress with the supervising PT.
• Assist with reassessments and modifications to the plan of care as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
