Physicians Rehab Solution is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their outpatient orthopedic team in Red Bank, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program and an active license in New Jersey. They will be part of a supportive environment focused on professional growth and teamwork while providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of New Jersey.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions.
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
