Job summary

Immediate Musculoskeletal Orthopedic Clinic in Edison, New Jersey seeks a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role. You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and guide recovery using orthopedic outpatient techniques with a focus on non-surgical options.

The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 plus benefits, with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with a clean record.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and designing effective exercise regimes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Manage a caseload to provide attentive, tailored rehabilitation.
• Utilize orthopedic outpatient techniques and adapt plans as patients progress.
• Educate patients on cost-effective and non-surgical treatment options.
• Create and supervise fitness and wellness programs to maximize function.
• Document progress accurately using EMR systems (Web PT).
