Job summary

Redefine Healthcare in Edison, NJ is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time, part-time, or per diem positions. The role evaluates and treats patients to restore function and relieve pain, with a 40-hour work week and comprehensive benefits. Pay ranges from $54 to $57 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Licensure, NPTE, and CPR/BLS are required. We seek motivated professionals to join a multidisciplinary team in a growing community clinic.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice and CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical outpatient/orthopedic or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Successful completion of NPTE and degree from accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations and create diagnostic assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize care.
• Document progress and outcomes in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
