Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) is seeking Physical Therapists to join our collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team across Chicagoland. We offer mentorship, collaboration with orthopedic physicians, and a focus on exceptional patient care and clinical growth to optimize function and outcomes.

New graduates are welcome. IBJI provides a two- to three-month mentorship period, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for orthopedic residency training while maintaining salary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician orders; Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide exceptional, evidence-based patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans and goals as appropriate.
• Establish discharge plans and follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, discharges, home exercise programs).
• Maintain compliance with billing requirements and ethical billing practices.
• Collaborate with IBJI physicians and clinical team.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and other staff as appropriate.
• Maintain an active Illinois Physical Therapy license and CEUs.
• Participate in professional development, mentoring, and community outreach.
