Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Irvine, CA, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join its Spine & Sport and Cal Rehab teams. The role focuses on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with a salary range of $85,000–$120,000 annually plus incentives that depend on experience and location.

We offer productive incentives up to $32,000/yr and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 3 weeks vacation, and clinical development programs.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on advancements in PT techniques and technologies and apply them when appropriate.
• Delegate and coordinate with PTAs when applicable.
