Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL seeks a Product Manager for Shoulder Sports Medicine to lead the product line from concept through launch and lifecycle management.

You will partner with Marketing, Engineering and Sales to drive innovation, set pricing and market strategy, and ensure financial goals are met. Onsite at HQ, up to 25% travel, with strong leadership and surgeon-facing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in medical device sales/marketing/product management or related field.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops products with Marketing, Engineering and Sales teams.
• Defines product strategy and coordinates R&D, manufacturing, and launch activities.
• Analyzes market opportunities and sets pricing and go-to-market plans.
• Provides training and technical support to sales and operations.
• Ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget.
