Job summary

Sinai Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the Perioperative Services, overseeing General, Cardiac, Orthopedic ORs and Ambulatory Surgery Center. You will direct daily operations, manage budget, and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications include a BSN with MD/BSN required; RN license in Maryland, BLS, and national certification. 3–5 years of progressive OR nursing with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN from a CCNE-accredited program required.
• Master's degree (MSN, MS, MA, MHA, or MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinical operations across General OR, Cardiac OR, Orthopedic OR, and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Lead and evaluate 3 Assistant Nurse Managers and up to 120 FTEs with objective performance criteria.
• Manage the department's operating and capital budget, identifying variances.
• Drive OR-specific performance improvements in coordination with surgical and anesthesia leadership.
• Champion staff advancement through Clinical Ladder and formal education pathways.
