Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations within the practice by providing supervision, performing administrative tasks, and managing functions to create an efficient work environment.
• Acts as lead during Practice Manager’s absence. Provides supervision and work assignments to staff based on practice needs; guides employee relations and staffing issues; processes time to ensure success of practice and management; manages multiple projects and work assignments as needed.
